One room had a sewage smell, but the issue was resolved when we were given another room. The buffet breakfast was mediocre, although the omelette made by the busboy chef was quite good.

10 minutes' walk to museum taman prasasti Hotel's parking is on-site. Free Wi-Fi was working perfectly❤❤

Cannot find any fault.

Not too far from city center (1.5km), good service (taxi to airport at good prices, no need to bargain), excellent breakfast. Rooms are correct, clean and large enough. Prices at the bar are correct.

wasn't clean enough room to small

to begin with, my reservation through Booked.net was not looked at and when i got there i had to wait an awful lot of time for them to arrange a room. the fax sent by Booked.net was in the machine for two days and nobody cared to look at it. Then the room was not so clean there were stains on bed sheets and i had them removed but then again i had to wait up for a while until i finally be able to rest. Last but not least.. some of the amenities and facilities mentioned in the ad were not true. for example there were no safe box in the room. room was smaller than it was stated and many more. not satisfied at all.

Appreciated the availability of reliable and speedy Wi-Fi connection, and the breakfast was delicious. the location is perfect for business travelers, and the hotel offered excellent facilities to cater to our needs.

The massage center advertised by the hotel was disappointing.

Courteous staff. Location is relatively close (approx 3km) from Monas.

On the website it showed that WiFi was available "the entire hotel" however it was actually just in the lobby/coffee house, which is a pain for me as i need to do my work in the room. Matter was highlighted to Mr Ridwan the marketing officer & I showed him Booked.net site. He was apologetic & offered a USB stick for internet access however it didnt work. I'm glad however, the description had just been adjusted to "public areas" now. Also, guests need to reactivate the door access card every day at noon at the reception because of their system limitation, even though i stayed (and prepaid in full) for 2 nights.

The staff was really friendly, the room was clean and nice. There is a massage spa connected to building that was nice as well. The hotel itself was very nice and comfortable considering price, but the location was not.

The location is not ideal. It is located in a less developed area. There is a karaoke bar and on the nights it's karaoke night the singing can be heard throughout the entire building. Also, the internet does not reach the hotel rooms, have to use it in the restaurant or lobby area. The walls are not very sound proof in your room either.

It's a 2 star hotel and although I thought the hotel could do with some improvements and a good clean, it was cheap, the staff were very friendly and the room was sufficient for my needs. So for a two star I think I would stay again if I wanted to budget. And I have seen worse 3 star hotels around.....

Hmmm could do with some serious renovating and dont expect that shower massager to work, location is not the best but it was only a couple dollars to be spoilt and have dinner or go shopping at plaza Indonesia. I still think it is good value for money, oh and breakfast is very basic.
